6 Previously there was EM1 and EM2 to registration but emergence of udyog adhar now it is been easier to register.
7 The benefits to register under micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) there are MSME division to help and tackle the financial needs.

- Micro – You can get up to One crore or either less financial aid for industrial machinery and equipment if your turnover would be Five crore or less then it.
- Small – You can get up to ten crore financial aid or either less financial aid for industrial machinery and equipment. If you r turnover would be Five crore or less then it.
- Medium – You can get up to Fifty crore financial aid or either less for industrial machinery and equipment if your turnover exceeds up to Two fifty crore or less then it.
9 You can register online for udyog adhar which is free, any industry such as LLP or partnership can get udyog adhar but to receive MSME financial grant you should get register under MSME following their MSME law, 2006.
