what is observational learning in psychology ?

1 It is the learning process to acquire attitudes or behaviour by observing others expressions and to judge them to evaluate their behaviour.

2 In psychology the social comparison have the tendency to compare ourselves with others to determine whether our view of social reality is correct or not.

3 We must asses all the thoughts or another person view whether it is bad or good we should analyse and take a good deeds in our personality.

4 One of the key components of observational learning is the presence of a model, someone whose behavior is being observed. The model can be a parent, a teacher, a peer, or even a character in a movie or television show. The observer pays attention to the model’s actions and the consequences that follow. Through this process, the observer learns what behaviors are rewarded and what behaviors are punished.

5 In todays world observational learning can make you mature and under stable at very early age to know how the world works and how the society or individual behave.
