What Makes Jaggery Tales A Unique Tea Brand?

The “Jaggery Tales” brand was founded with the goal of creating a healthy community by selling healthy goods on the international market.

A startup company located in Pune is involved in the production of a range of products that contain jaggery, including tea made with jaggery and lemon grass, place tea, cardamom tea, black tea, ice tea, cold and hot coffee, wheat biscuits, Naachni cookies, shahi barfi, cubes, and natural jaggery powder. In order to create the natural jaggery used in Jaggery Tales products, sugarcane is organically processed.

An innovative organic path for jaggery The creator of Jaggery Tales, Somnath Shingare, graduated from Pune University in 2006 with a degree in mechanical engineering. He also has a management degree and over 14 years of experience working for numerous international corporations.

A multi-talented man from the farmer’s family has resolved to give justice to jaggery that farmers can create, while keeping the farmer at the center. Keeping this in mind, he innovates new products, uses effective marketing techniques, and makes some noteworthy innovations. which is heavily consumed both in India and beyond, but while researching the various parts of jaggery, he closed many of the gaps that needed to be closed. Once he had mastered the cultivation of jaggery, he moved on to begin his entrepreneurial career.

While working with certain innovators, he was keenly aware of the need to educate farmers in an innovative way and highlight the advantages of using natural jaggery that is devoid of chemicals.

While setting up a good processing plant, he had another idea: he should create a tea brand called “Jaggery Tales” that would deal with Gulacha Chaha, combine the two businesses into one, make them available on a single platform, and create a system that would allow the business franchise concept to be spread throughout the globe.

The Journey of Jaggery Tales began on July 20, 2019, at Chinchwad, a location in Pune. The popular establishment proved to be a commercial success, and in response, more than 25 locations were opened throughout Maharashtra in less than a year.

Subsequently, in a conversation with Somnath Shingare, he expressed with great emotion that, although jaggery used to be a household name and our native product, its decreased use has left him feeling discouraged, much like sugar. He attributed this to people’s lack of awareness, which has made jaggery less beneficial.

Nevertheless, despite all the strange challenges, he managed to develop a unique line of jaggery products. In addition to jaggery tea, he also offered hot coffee with jaggery used as a sugar substitute and a western-style lemon tea, whose flavor was as tempting as a pleasurable experience.

By taking things a step further, he introduced delectable sweets with a jaggery basis. A couple of the more popular ones are jaggery cream rolls and shahi barfi, and they just introduced jaggery tea quick premix sachets to meet customer demand.

Sadly, today’s generation has forgotten to use the healthy jaggery tea that our ancestors used, and they have forgotten the value of this jaggery altogether. Somnath Shingare is a man on a mission to make this jaggery-based Gulache Chacha and their byproducts a global brand not only in India but in the entire world.
