The way we use our words and sentences can either lead us to heaven or hell. If we choose to speak with kindness and respect, we will surely reap the rewards of our good behavior. However, if we choose to use our words carelessly and without thought, we may find ourselves in a world of trouble.

Somehow don’t get confuse in hearing and listening that hearing is only to keep quiet when another is talking. But listening will come up with your own idea and opinion and you will develop your own sense of thinking and to share your knowledge.
